Pricing, Currency and Verification

The order total, applicable shipping charges, and taxes collected at checkout are displayed before payment confirmation. The currency shown at checkout may depend on your store or payment settings, and your card issuer may apply its own exchange-rate or cross-border fees.

Some orders may require additional security verification. If payment authorization fails, check the entered details or contact your payment provider.

Refunds and Payment Disputes

Approved refunds are generally returned to the original payment method where available. Refund processing and bank posting times are explained in our Return & Refund Policy. If you notice an unfamiliar charge, contact your bank or payment provider promptly and email service@thalmenis.com with non-sensitive order details.
